We take pride in the standard of service and care we provide our customers before, during and after a test.

Secure Model Assembly Area

ARA has five separate model bays which are connected to the working section of the Transonic Wind Tunnel (TWT). They help to increase the privacy and security of the model as they allow it to be assembled in a secure environment.

Secure Customer Rooms

Fully IT-enabled rooms are available for customer use before, during and after a test. PCs running Windows or Linux and printers are available upon prior request.

A firewall-protected secure customer network is available in the room; customers regularly provide their own equipment for connection to the network to enable the use of customer proprietary data analysis software.

Secure Data Transmission

ARA has experience in setting up and supporting both ARA supplied and customer supplied Virtual Private Networks (VPN) for a more secure data transmission which is available upon prior request.

Secure Internet and Email Access

Virus Scanned email and internet access are available from the very start of a test upon prior customer request.

IT Support

IT support for our customers is available throughout the test from a very experienced internal team.

Laundry Room

ARA recognises that hotel laundry services can be expensive and therefore we offer customers the exclusive use of our laundry room. The room is located within a couple of minutes walk of the TWT control room. There is a washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities.
